Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request 24 hours notice for regularly scheduled appointment cancellations and 48 hours notice for scheduled surgery and dental care appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer these times to other pets in need of care.

If 3 regular or 1 surgery/dental care appointments are missed without the requested notice, a reservation fee will be required for future appointment bookings. This fee will be applied towards your office visit.

Families arriving 10 or more minutes late for their scheduled appointment, may be asked to reschedule or need to wait until the next open appointment slot.
